Machining Quality

To ensure consistent machining quality, metallurgical companies utilise state-of-the-art equipment such as Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines and micrometres. These machines are critical in maintaining precision during the manufacturing process of various products such as rolls, rings, sleeves, and arbours. Micrometres, on the other hand, are used to accurately measure the dimensions of machined parts and ensure that they are within the required specifications. Research & Development

Our advanced Works laboratory supports daily operations with computer-controlled direct reading spectrographs for rapid analysis and a dynamic research and development laboratory. By expanding material ranges in line with current developments and requirements of mills, Deem remains at the forefront of metallurgical and technical developments in roll manufacture and application. Our R&D department is continually communicating with the Quality Assurance and Sales Teams to ensure feedback mechanisms are perpetuated. All Deem products undergo continuous research and development, including service trials in collaboration with customers, to ensure continuous improvement.
